In the quality inspection process, our factory uses manual and advanced optical screening machines to conduct 100% full inspection of screws to ensure that the dimensional accuracy, thread integrity, and surface treatment meet the standards. Manual full inspection conducts a final review of each batch of screws under an LED shadowless lamp. They hold precision measuring tools and use the standard process of "one touch, two look, and three measurements" to ensure that the threads of each screw feel smooth, the head is not crushed, and the electroplating layer is uniform and bright. Optical screening uses high-precision imaging and AI analysis, and the equipment can quickly identify tiny defects, with an inspection volume of more than 1,000 pieces per minute, which is more than 10 times more efficient than manual work. The quality inspection supervisor said, "All unqualified products are automatically sorted and removed to prevent defective products from flowing out."
With stable quality and efficient delivery, our factory has recently received additional orders from European and American customers, and it is expected that the shipment volume will increase by 20% in the next quarter. In the future, the company plans to introduce an intelligent warehousing system to further shorten the delivery cycle and consolidate its leading position in the industry.
