Raw Material Inspection

In the first step of production, we conduct rigorous testing on all raw materials, including chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, material grade confirmation, and supplier qualification traceability.

 

Forming and Machining (Cold Heading / CNC Machining)

Next, we move to the forming stage. Depending on the product type, we use either cold heading or CNC precision machining.

 

Cold heading is suitable for mass production of standard parts such as nuts and bolts. It improves production efficiency while maintaining the continuity of the internal metal structure, thereby enhancing product strength. CNC machining is used for manufacturing non-standard and high-precision parts, enabling more complex structures and higher precision requirements.

 

Thread Processing

After forming, the product enters the thread processing stage. As a core functional component of fasteners, threads are machined using high-precision equipment through rolling or tapping, and specialized testing tools are employed to ensure smooth thread engagement, stable torque, and minimal stripping, thereby guaranteeing assembly reliability and safety.

 

Heat Treatment

By precisely controlling the heating and cooling processes, we can effectively improve the tensile strength, hardness, and fatigue resistance of our products, meeting industrial requirements for strength grades ranging from 4.8 to 12.9.

 

Surface Treatment

To meet the needs of different operating environments, we offer a variety of corrosion protection solutions, including electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet coating, blackening, and Geomet environmentally friendly coatings.

 

Quality Inspection

All products undergo a rigorous quality inspection system before shipment, including dimensional accuracy testing, thread gauge testing, hardness testing, torque testing, and salt spray corrosion testing.
