1. Basic Specifications
Material: Austenitic stainless steel (rust resistance grade must be specified).

Surface treatment: Passivation/nickel plating (optional, corrosion resistance requirements must be specified).

Thread size: Metric or imperial, pitch (coarse/fine) must be specified.

Head type: Countersunk, 360° flat head (must be flush with flat surfaces).

Drive method: T-shaped hexagon socket + hexagon socket dual structure.

2. Structural Details
Dispensing Groove Design
Location: At the end of the thread or in the annular groove below the head

Glue Type: Suitable for anaerobic adhesives/thread sealants

Head size: Diameter and thickness must match the countersunk hole standard

Thread length: Full thread/Partial thread (specify the length of the unthreaded portion)

3. Performance Requirements
Torque value: Installation torque is specified.

Anti-loosening rating: Meets DIN 25201 or customized vibration test standards.

Tolerance: Thread accuracy 6g/6H, head height tolerance ±0.1mm.

Laser Marking: Logo or batch number.

Packaging: Blister tray/anti-static bag, quantity per package must be specified.

Certification: RoHS/REACH test report provided.

5. Delivery and Acceptance
Prototype Phase: First sample provided within 3-5 business days for dimensional and dispensing verification.

Mass Delivery: 15-30 days (depending on quantity).

Acceptance Criteria: Based on GB/T 90.1 or technical agreement provided by Party A.

CAD drawings or 3D models are required for detailed confirmation. Special requirements must be specified separately.
