1. Core customization parameters

Brass material type: H59/H62, the default is H62, because H62 has higher ductility

Optional surface treatment: natural polishing, nickel plating, gold plating

Dimensions
Diameter range: M1~M3, support 0.1mm Customized

Length range: 2~20mm, adjustable head thickness, default head diameter = 2 times thread diameter

Groove requirements
Slot width: 0.3mm (M1)~1.2mm (M3)

Groove depth: 1/3 of head thickness can be deepened to 1/2 anti-slip teeth

Torque requirement: ≥0.1N·m (M1) ~ 0.5N·m (M3)

Logo and packaging
Head laser marking: LOGO/batch number (depth ≤0.05mm)

Packing method: blister tray (1000pcs/tray)/roll (with adhesive backing)

III. Production and quality inspection
Process standard
Tolerance: ±0.02mm (diameter), ±0.05mm (length)

Thread inspection: full inspection of go/no-go gauges

RoHS/REACH report can be provided

IV. Precautions
Design suggestions

It is recommended to use magnetic tools with screws below M1.4

Nickel plating is recommended for high-frequency disassembly scenarios

Risk warning
Brass has a low hardness (HV110-150) and is not suitable for ultra-high torque scenarios

Special plating is required in extreme environments

This solution takes into account both technical details and procurement decision-making efficiency, and can further simplify or expand specific modules according to actual needs.
