The blackening technology of dispensing glue ensures excellent anti-loosening and anti-loosening performance. These screws are made of stainless steel 304 or carbon steel with black zinc plating. They are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant through advanced surface treatment processes. Core Features

Dispensing anti-loosening technology: We accurately apply high-performance blue or red anti-loosening glue to the threaded part, which forms a strong elastic layer after curing to effectively resist loosening caused by vibration. According to laboratory tests, our dispensing screws can maintain the locking force for more than 8 times longer than ordinary screws in high-frequency vibration environments, which is particularly suitable for high-vibration scenarios such as automotive engines and industrial robotic arms24. The color of the anti-loosening glue can be selected from standard strength blue or high-strength permanent locking red to meet different disassembly needs.

 

Anti-disassembly design: The unique internal hexagon socket structure is combined with special drive tools to provide anti-tampering security features. Excellent materials and surface treatment

Two core materials are available: stainless steel 304 and 12.9 grade high-strength carbon steel. Stainless steel 304 has excellent corrosion resistance and has passed the 1000-hour salt spray test. It is suitable for highly corrosive environments such as medical equipment, marine equipment, and outdoor communication base stations.
