Core Features

Dispensing anti-loosening technology: We accurately apply high-performance blue or red anti-loosening glue to the threaded part, which forms a strong elastic layer after curing to effectively resist loosening caused by vibration. According to laboratory tests, our dispensing screws can maintain the locking force for more than 8 times longer than ordinary screws in high-frequency vibration environments, which is particularly suitable for high-vibration scenarios such as automotive engines and industrial robotic arms24. The color of the anti-loosening glue can be selected from standard strength blue or high-strength permanent locking red to meet different disassembly needs.

Anti-disassembly design: The unique internal hexagon socket structure is combined with special drive tools to provide anti-tampering security features. This design not only increases the difficulty of unauthorized disassembly but also significantly reduces the damage to the notch caused by the screwdriver slipping. Compared with traditional cross-slot screws, the service life is increased by more than 5 times. This feature is particularly important in scenarios that require anti-destruction, such as public facilities and medical equipment.

Excellent materials and surface treatment

Two core materials are available: stainless steel 304 and 12.9 grade high-strength carbon steel. Stainless steel 304 has excellent corrosion resistance and has passed the 1000-hour salt spray test. It is suitable for highly corrosive environments such as medical equipment, marine equipment, and outdoor communication base stations. The 12.9 grade carbon steel screw provides an ultra-high tensile strength of more than 1,200MPa, which can meet the extreme load requirements of wind turbines, heavy machinery, etc.

Professional blackening treatment: High-temperature oxidation blackening process or black zinc plating technology is used to form a dense magnetic iron oxide layer on the surface of the screw. This treatment not only gives the product a professional black appearance but also significantly improves wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Compared with ordinary electroplating, the wear resistance of blackening treatment is increased by 60%, while eliminating the risk of hydrogen embrittlement, which is particularly suitable for high-precision electronic instruments and aerospace applications.

Ultra-thin head design: Our countersunk screws use an ultra-thin head profile, which saves more than 40% of space compared to traditional countersunk screws, and are particularly suitable for precision electronic products with limited space such as laptops and micro sensors. Precision hexalobular slot structure design: The hexalobular slot design has the significant advantages of high torque transmission efficiency and low tool wear. Taking the T10 slot as an example, its design with an inscribed circle diameter of 2.06-2.82mm is perfectly matched with a special wrench. Compared with traditional hexagon socket screws, it can withstand 50% higher tightening torque without slipping.

Automotive and aerospace: Key parts such as automotive engine brackets, gearbox sensors, and avionics compartments require high-reliability fasteners that are vibration-resistant and anti-loosening. Our high-temperature red glue screws can maintain elasticity in the range of -55℃ to +150℃. Stainless steel 316 is more resistant to corrosion from aviation hydraulic oil and deicing agents, so it is suitable for fixing aircraft interiors and external inspection equipment.

Outdoor and harsh environments: Screws with Dacromet coating or black zinc plating can be used in exposed environments such as outdoor communication base stations, railway signal equipment and marine monitoring instruments.
