Combination Thread Screws

These screws simplify the assembly process by combining the functions of internal and external threads. They not only ensure a secure connection but also provide an effective bidirectional connection solution in space-constrained applications.

Material options include 304 or 316 stainless steel, which is water-washed and polished to resist acid and alkali corrosion, meeting the hygiene requirements of food machinery and medical devices.

External Hexagonal Stepped Rivets

External hexagonal stepped rivet screws feature a stepped design that effectively solves the problem of thin-plate connections. Suitable for plates thicker than 0.8mm, they replace traditional welded nut processes.

This design prevents plate deformation while providing a stable 360° connection and improving torque tolerance by 30%. They are widely used in high-load environments such as wind power equipment, automotive transmissions, and aerospace.

Non-standard Automotive Fasteners

We offer customization services supporting sizes from M3 to M10, including full-tooth or half-tooth options, thick or thin shanks, conforming to various standards such as German standard (DIN912) and national standard (GB30).
