Manufacturing process:

Using a 5-station cold heading machine, through the "preforming to shaping to groove positioning to stretching and finally to thread forming" level forging, the continuous flow of metal fibers is achieved, and the tensile strength is increased by more than 30%.

The electroplated zinc layer on the surface of the carbon steel substrate has passed the 96-hour salt spray test, and the rust resistance level is greater than or equal to level 9, which is far superior to ordinary carbon steel parts.
