Thread forming screw is a type of tapping screw, which is specially used for plastic, espcially thermo plastic, such ABS,PA,PE,PP,POM,PVC, etc. Screw head is pan washer head in torx and philips drive. Thread available in thread diameter K10,K12,K14,K15,K18,K20,K22,K25,K30,K35,K40,K50,K60,K70,K80,K100.
Thread length can be any length you will need.
Material of the screw is steel 1018 or 10b21 steel, stainless steel 304 and 316 is also available.
Surface finish of the screw can be plain stainless steel, black zinc plated, blue-white zinc plated , zinc nickle plating, black oxide or any other surface finish that you need.
