6-48 screw is made of steel SCM435,which are tempered to grade 12.9. With black oxide finish. This screw is normally used for weaver,gun screw.
Black oxide finish is normally used in dry environment, indoor application.
Grade 12.9 screw have high strength,with 1200 Mpa tensile strength.
Torx T10 drive for high torque during the assembly.
Head angle 80 degree and 90 degree are both available.
Thread locker with 90-180 degree and 360 degree can be added for the purpose of anti-loosening.
Any customized length, material ,finish/coating can be produced.
