Tube connecting insert also called Spring clip nuts (tube inserts), sunflower nuts, weld-free tube nuts, adjustable leveling feet. This part can replace welding for quick tube connections, compatible with casters, feet, and other accessories. Thread size can be M5, M6, M8, M10, 1/4", 5/16", 3/8".The main material used is 65Mn steel (43–45 HRC), with high tensile strength & durability.
Performance of this insert can be Load capacity: 100–300KG (scales with size),Salt spray test: 12–48 hours rust resistance. Finish of the clips are black oxide,and the inside nut is blue white zinc plated.
