8-40UNEF screw is a fine thread screw. The material is SCM435 steel, black oxide, grade 12.9 screw. Head diameter 5.68mm, head thickness 2.45mm. This screw is applied to used for gun, weavers. With black oxide finish, the screw can be used only in dry and indoor conditions.
Tensile strength can reach to 1200Map, with good mechanical performance.
Head is a cap head or filister head we nornally call.
Torx drive can be T10 and T15 drive.
Customized head, thread, material and surface coating can be produced.
