Working Principle:
When the nut is tightened, the opening of the spring washer is flattened. At this time, the two end faces of the washer generate a continuous outward elastic force (i.e., spring force), maintaining a constant frictional torque between the threaded connection of the nut and bolt. Simultaneously, the sharp open end of the washer slightly "bites" into the bottom surface of the nut and the surface of the connected parts, generating additional resistance, thus achieving the dual function of preventing loosening and buffering.
