Quality Control
Incoming Material Inspection:
Each batch of aluminum undergoes random chemical composition and dimensional inspection (material certificates or third-party reports can be provided).
Process Control:
Die and stamping parameter recording (force, frequency, die temperature) to ensure dimensional stability;
Automatic deburring + manual inspection cross-checking;
Surface treatment followed by film thickness/appearance/adhesion testing (sampling according to customer requirements).
Outgoing Inspection:
Dimensional inspection, appearance inspection, coating salt spray or adhesion testing (sampling ratio as agreed in the contract).
Third-Party Testing Support:
Accepting third-party testing commissioned by customers (such as SGS, BV, etc.) and providing test reports.
Surface Treatment
