This combination screw is a combination of screws and flat washers fastened together by a specific process. The head features a cup design, and the screw is secured with thread glue, making the product more secure to use.
This combination screw is made of carbon steel SCM435 alloy steel, with high static strength, impact toughness and high fatigue limit, higher hardenability than 40Cr, high creep strength and endurance strength at high temperature, and long-term working temperature can reach 500℃; the performance level reaches 12.9, and it can withstand high loads and frequent alternating loads.
Flat washer combination screws are very convenient to use, eliminating the steps of manual balancing spring washers and improving work efficiency. It is mainly used in railway and highway bridges, boiler steel structures, industrial plants, high-rise civil buildings, tower mast structures, lifting machinery and its steel structures where friction-type high-strength pan head combination screws are required.
