The brass terminal screws are made of three high-quality brass types: H59, H62, and C3604, all of which have undergone stable annealing and material testing:

H59: High strength and compressive strength, suitable for thick ledgers or binding structures with high load-bearing requirements.

H62: Better ductility, smooth and delicate outer wall after machining, suitable for stationery products with high appearance requirements.

C3604: Designed for high-precision machining, resulting in more complete thread formation and smoother screwing.

All studs and screws are machined using CNC automatic lathes, achieving a thread control precision of up to 6H grade:

Thick booklets (25–50mm): 25–50mm column length

Extra-thick booklets (50mm and above): Custom lengths available, such as 60mm / 70mm / 80mm

Diameter options: 3.0 / 3.5 / 4.0 / 5.0mm; Thread specifications: M3 / M4, meeting various stationery and industrial assembly standards.
